Gift Cards Terms & Conditions
Expire three (3) years after issue.
Surcharges apply on Public Holidays.
Gift Cards may be used for restaurant dining; they are not accepted as payment for events.
You must present a physical card on the day of your booking; we are unable to accept your voucher if it is a picture.
Non-refundable and must be used in full, in one sitting.
May only be used for purchases at The Tea Room QVB and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, re loaded, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry.
If your gift card is lost or stolen, or you suspect an unauthorized transaction, immediately report this by calling directly (during Sydney business hours). We may be able to stop gift card value being used, but require the card number, original balance, and expiry date.
Customers wishing to cancel an order are to contact us directly during Sydney business hours, quoting the order reference number. Orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled. We will endeavor to process cancellation requests where possible; however, will not be liable for any failure to do so.
Payments & Security
Payment for online orders is to be made by American Express, Visa, Paypal or Mastercard only. You may provide your nominated credit card details during the purchase process described on the website.
Once you click ‘Check Out’, your payment will be processed plus any packaging and posting charges.
You authorize The Tea Room QVB to debit the Total Amount from your nominated credit card.
We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is required.
You acknowledge that the internet can be an unstable and, sometimes, an insecure marketplace. At times orders may not be processed or may not be accepted for reasons beyond our control. In these circumstances we accept no responsibility. We do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us, including your credit card details, is transmitted at your own risk and we are not responsible whilst such information is in transit.
By purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you: accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You may be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming your Gift Card.
Grand Pacific Group is firmly committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information. No personal information that is provided to purchase a gift card or otherwise is at any time shared with any third parties, in any form.
E-vouchers transactions are purchased via a secure banking partner (eWay or Stripe) and Now Book It do not have access to the full credit card number.
Orders & Shipping
Please note physical cards will be shipped from our Sydney office, Monday-Friday only.
A postage fee will apply for Physical Gift Cards.
Additional $10 gift packaging applies for each card purchased.
Please note we use Australia Post for our gift card distribution. Sometimes, through factors outside of our control, there can be delays in delivery times for postage. As such, if your order is time sensitive, we highly recommend purchasing a digital gift card.
Standard postage is approximately 3-5 business working days.
Express postage is approximately 1-3 business working days.
For incorrect orders placed by the purchaser, corrections may be made if notification is received prior to dispatch.
eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase.
They will be emailed to the email address provided.
Online transactions must be made within Australia, New Zealand, The United States or The UK to be valid.
